You may return most new, unopened items sold and to which processing has been fulfilled by Company, within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund, at Company’s sole discretion. Company may also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of, in Company’s sole discretion, our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

With regard to “Do-It-Yourself Testing” kits, tests not performed by Dr. Riegel, or an employee of Healthy Homes, is completed at your own risk. Test results cannot be guaranteed as true and accurate without our professional involvement in the project.

Dr. Riegel, in providing online consultation services, does his best to give his professional and expert opinion regarding your residence. However, without being physically involved in an inspection of your home, or providing any required testing, any consulting he provides is based on opinion and not sound fact.
